portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">    2. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">从事建设行业portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">10portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">年以上且具有副高级以上专业技术职称；有较强的科研开发、咨询服务等理论实践经验；熟悉国内外行业发展动态、标准规范，具有扎实的专业基础、较高的技术水平和较强的分析研判能力；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">    1. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">承担过portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">2portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">项以上国家、省部级科技项目或经省级行政主管部门评审采纳的城乡规划类项目；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">    2. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">承担过portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">2portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">项国家、行业或省级以上工程建设标准、规范、定额编制工作；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">3. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">具备勘查设计类注册工程师资格，作为专业负责人，承担过portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">2portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">项以上大型建设工程项目的勘察、设计工作；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">4. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">承担过portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">2portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">项以上大型建设工程项目或主持完成过国家级、省级试点示范建设工程；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">5. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">承担过portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">2portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">项以上大型建设工程项目的建设管理、房地产开发、质量安全监督、工程质量检测工作；

portant;">portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: "Times New Roman";">6. portant; font-size: 21px; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">portant; font-size: 18px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">具备注册造价工程师资格，承担过全过程工程咨询、工程造价司法鉴定、劳动仲裁、财政评审、工程审计等工作。
