portant;">根据浙江省住房和城乡建设厅、浙江省发展和改革委员会、浙江省财政厅《关于调整浙江省现行定额人工单价的通知》（建建发「2009」135号）文件精神，经测算，上调定额人工单价后，施工取费费率作相应调整，现将费率调整及有关问题通知如下：
portant;">一、《浙江省建设工程施工取费定额》（2003版）及有关取费计价文件中相关费率采用系数调整办法，系数调整后的费率保留位数与原定额相一致。具体调整系数见附件。
portant;">二、编制招标控制价时，施工组织措施费、综合费用应按弹性费率的中值计取。
portant;">三、本通知自2009年7月1日起执行。
