'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">为贯彻落实《中共安徽省委、安徽省人民政府关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的实施意见》精神，促进全省绿色建筑、装配式建筑高质量发展，省住房城乡建设厅、省财政厅决定组织开展2021年安徽省绿色建筑及装配式建筑专项资金项目申报工作，现将有关事项通知如下：

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">（一）绿色建筑示范项目

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">1.居住建筑类示范项目面积原则上应不少于50000平方米（不含配套公建），公共建筑类示范项目面积原则上应不少于20000平方米。优先支持已开工项目列入示范。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">2.示范项目应于2022年底前按《绿色建筑评价标准》（GB/T50378-2019）获得绿色建筑评价标识证书。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">（二）装配式建筑示范项目

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">1.居住建筑类示范项目面积原则上应不少于50000平方米（不含配套公建），公共建筑类类示范项目面积原则上应不少于20000平方米。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">2.示范项目应于2022年底前完成竣工验收。优先支持已开工项目或达到《装配式建筑评价标准》A级及以上的项目列入示范。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">1.示范项目应以业主单位或建设单位为申报单位，申报单位填写申请表（附件1、3）和申报书（附件2、4），一式五份（电子版一份）盖章报送项目所在市住房城乡建设主管部门、财政主管部门。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">2.各地住房城乡建设和财政主管部门对申报项目进行审核把关后行文上报。将申报文件、申报项目汇总表（附件5、6）一式两份分别报送省住房城乡建设厅、省财政厅，并将各项目申请表和申报书一式五份（电子版一份）盖章报送省住房城乡建设厅。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">3.省住房城乡建设厅、省财政厅组织对各市申报项目进行专家评审，遴选出示范效应显著的项目列入2021年度省级示范项目予以公示、发布。并根据《安徽省绿色建筑及装配式建筑专项资金管理办法》规定，给予省级财政专项资金支持。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">（一）各市住房城乡建设行政主管部门、财政主管部门应做好本地区项目梳理、汇总、申报工作，严格把关，提高项目申报质量。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">（二）同一工程项目只能申报一种示范项目，不得重复申报。

'Times New Roman','serif';text-indent:32.0pt;line-height:28.8pt">（三）严格按照要求提供申报材料，于2020年9月20日前将申报材料分别报送省住房城乡建设厅、省财政厅，逾期不予受理。
