'仿宋_GB2312'; background: rgb(255,255,255); color: rgb(0,0,0); font-size: 16ptline-height: 1.25; font-size: 14pt;font-family:宋体">    绿色建筑预评价作为绿色建筑标识认定的前提和必要条件，通过预评价后方可在工程竣工验收后申请标识认定。项目申报单位要高度重视专家委员会预评价意见，认真落实，确保主要性能满足国家、省相关标准要求。在建筑工程竣工后按照建设等级提请住房城乡建设行政主管部门标识认定。
